Custom & Personalized Products
Since your order is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. We want you to love what you receive, so please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We understand that things happen—and if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. If your item was misprinted, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
Please email us at support@lovebakeshere.store within 3 days of delivery and include the following:
- Order number / reference ID
- Name and email used for purchase
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item (for quality control)
- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund
Once we receive your request, our team will review it quickly to ensure your satisfaction. There’s no need to return the damaged product—just reach out, and we’ll take care of it.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production has started, address changes aren’t guaranteed—but we’ll do our best to assist.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer a reprint (with an additional charge) or a partial refund depending on the situation.
