What if My Item is Damaged?

We understand that things happen—and if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. If your item was misprinted, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

Please email us at support@lovebakeshere.com within 3 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Order number / reference ID
  • Name and email used for purchase
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item (for quality control)
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

What If I Order the Wrong Size?

Since your order is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
